REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: 12-15-2025

Because Abruzzi Racewear products are custom-built, the following policy applies.

1. Custom Orders – Final Sale

All custom racewear products are final sale once production has started. Refunds or returns are not accepted on custom items.

2. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate sizing and customization details. Abruzzi Racewear is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Manufacturing Errors

If Abruzzi Racewear produces an item that does not match the confirmed order specifications, we will work with the customer to correct the issue.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.

5. SFI / NON-SFI CLARIFICATION

Refunds will not be issued based on:

• Sanctioning-body compliance issues

• Track or series technical inspection failures

• Misunderstanding of SFI or non-SFI product classifications

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm requirements before ordering.
